Coach Lewis is entering his second season as the head coach at Columbine, and he is also the Career Hub Coordinator at Columbine High School. He has been coaching lacrosse since 2001. Before Columbine, he was an assistant coach and offensive coordinator for the University of Arizona Men's Lacrosse from 2021-2023 and has experience at four different high schools nationwide.
As an offensive coordinator at WT Woodson High School, Coach Lewis won 4 straight Liberty District titles and one Northern Region championship. In 2017, Coach Lewis led Prairie View to their first winning season in program history, and the Colorado High School Coaches Association voted to honor the team with the Ken Ranta Sportsmanship Award--as the team that most exemplifies outstanding sportsmanship. In 2021, Coach Lewis led Ralston Valley to their first winning season in program history.
Coach Lewis played college lacrosse at SUNY Oneonta, where he graduated with a BS in Psychology. He has a Master’s in Coaching and Exercise Science from Concordia University Irvine. He is also a certified trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance and a certified meditation and yoga teacher.
He and his wife, Caroline, moved to Littleton in March of 2024 and are expecting twins in May of 2025!
